Meet Sarah Blossom

Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer

I am committed to helping you work through your thoughts and feelings to identify any patterns to gain a better understanding of yourself. Through psychotherapy, I can help you make better choices and be more in control of your life, you can address problematic feelings and things that disrupt your psychological well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe space for you to explore your emotions and find new ways forward that feel more in tune with who you are.

I provide therapy for adults.  My clinics are located in Leeds, England, but I also offer services online across the UK and internationally.  If you need interpreters online or in person, these can be arranged.

“I look at doing quality therapy much in the same way that I look at going to the gym or doing cardiovascular training such as running as ways to enhance my physical health.  I see therapy as a vital way to enhance one’s mental health”.

Andrew Huberman

American podcaster and neuroscientist, Associate professor at Stanford University School of medicine.

Monika (client)

We have had an excellent therapeutic relationship, because Sarah is an amazing therapist.  She offered me compassion, kindness, empathy, understanding and this was a huge part of my healing journey.

Distanced Couple

Aram (client)

As we processed more of the parts of my life, I began to notice changes in me.  The dynamism of a new movement in my life began. It felt like Sarah made a great sacrifice for me by walking with me through some terrible memories in order to breathe new life into the cold dark places.

Support Groups

Sadie (supervisee)

I felt really secure when Sarah was my supervisor and able to share aspects of my work that I was struggling with, without feeling shame or judgement.

I also appreciated how Sarah would challenge me in a robust but thoughtful way. I think it also helped that her approach was different to mine, which allowed me to see things in a new light.
