I am committed to helping you work through your thoughts and feelings to identify any patterns to gain a better understanding of yourself. Through psychotherapy, I can help you make better choices and be more in control of your life, you can address problematic feelings and things that disrupt your psychological well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe space for you to explore your emotions and find new ways forward that feel more in tune with who you are.
I provide therapy for adults. My clinics are located in Leeds, England, but I also offer services online across the UK and internationally. If you need interpreters online or in person, these can be arranged.
