Free Initial Session - online

Service Description

The most important decision you will make is to try therapy, only you can decide this. The second most important is which therapist to work with. The decision of which therapist to work with is a collaborative decision between you and the therapist. To honour this collaboration and the joint venture, I offer a free initial meeting for us to work out whether we are suited to work together. This meeting is limited to 30 minutes so that we don’t start any therapeutic work which could then feel like an emotional investment in the process. It is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for me to give some information that will be helpful for our decision.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule an online or in-person appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation. You can reschedule by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided.
