Clinical Supervision - Online

Service Description

Clinical supervision is the essential support for the work of a therapist and a professional requirement. I use the 7-eyed model of supervision which keeps the client central to the process while looking at the relationships for transference, countertransference, and projections. I take a supportive approach and am generous with the knowledge and resources at my disposal. My aim is to provide a safe space and a good boundaries relationship where you can work through the impact of your client's work and develop personally and professionally. Frontline/organisational supervision Working in front-line services when delivering services to people can take a great toll on staff. It is an essential investment to dedicate regular time for staff to get support to prevent work-related stress, burn and sickness. Whether you are a lawyer working with divorcing couples and families, a businessman managing staff and the problems they bring to the workplace or a care worker working with unwell people and their families, we all have a response to distress and the demands placed on us. In supervision, staff can work through their responses to the work they are involved in and the people that they meet in the course of their work. It is an opportunity for them to grow and develop as well as to prevent stress and illness. Supervision Groups Supervision groups can be a great way to develop teams within the workplace. Having a qualified facilitator means that colleagues can work in the group on an equal footing, and it offers safety in the space for good communication. Supervision groups can be structured or can be free-flowing and responsive to the content that employees bring. Pricing Supervision is £60 per hour and is usually on a fortnightly or monthly basis. 90-minute supervision sessions are available. A free 30-minute initial session to work out suitability and relationship. Supervision group prices are available on request and vary according to length and number of staff. A normal scenario for a group in a room provided by the organisation (i.e., on-site) for a session with 8 staff would be £90 per hour. Contact to arrange.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule an online or in-person appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation. You can reschedule by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided.
