Service Description

Sarah offers consultation to managers, staff and concerned friends and family. Managing staff can be wonderful and exciting but there are times when you feel that you are wearing too many hats and the demands of caring for staff are a bridge too far. Sometimes, you can see that your staff are under pressure and you want to protect them but you end up firefighting and never getting to the bottom of it or putting things in place to relieve the pressures. Perhaps you have people in your team or who you manage that you have a particular concern for. Sarah offers a free consultation for up to 1 hour to discuss approaches to staff care. She can discuss options and packages including supervision and training that can be used to help staff manage their mental health and stress levels. Are you worried about a friend or family member? Don’t know how to talk to them about your concerns? Getting rejected when you try? Sarah offers a free consultation for up to 1 hour to discuss ways of opening up a conversation, approaches to managing a relationship with someone you are concerned about and how to care for yourself while being concerned for someone else. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule an online or in-person appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation. You can reschedule by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided.
